All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
Credits from the Season Pass expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
You retain full ownership and copyright of the holiday cards generated through our Service. Once created, you have the right to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit these images as you see fit.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant FamilyCard AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process these photos solely for the purpose of generating your holiday cards. We do not use your photos to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating your requested cards.
The FamilyCard AI service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FamilyCard AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to upload or create content that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any photos you submit to the Service. This includes obtaining necessary permissions for photos containing other people, especially minors.
